No open flame (burners, warmers, etc.) is allowed in Forsyth Park according to park rules.

TWO: If you are a food exhibitor, you must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance valued at a minimum of $1 Million with the following Named Insured Info on it:

Exhibitors serving food must be permitted by the state of Florida or operate under Cottage Law
THREE: Ready your online payment option, as well as your EIN or 501(c)3 number if you’re a non-profit.
FOUR: ALL vendors are required to be permitted to operate within the City of Savannah. The following is required.
- Chatham County Health Department Permit (https://www.gachd.org/counties/chatham_county_health_departme/)
- City of Savannah Tax Certificate (http://www.savannahga.gov/1150/Licensing-Certifications).
